The Anchor Gym H1, a single unit, provides the platform for these numerous exercises, using resistance bands, body weight straps, and stretch straps. Customers can purchase one unit or outfit an entire fitness area for group training. The H1 is designed to safely anchor all of these accessories, with a patented open-faced design that allows for easy transitions between exercises. No cumbersome clip hooks, carabiners, or fasteners are required.
Made of solid steel components, the Anchor Gym is a space-saving powerhouse capable of supporting up to 800 pounds of resistance. The included wood mounting hardware makes installation straightforward, and for concrete or block walls, 5/16-inch diameter by 2.5-inch length sleeve anchors (not included) can be used. To avoid over-torquing and breaking a bolt, it is recommended to drill a 1/4-inch diameter pilot hole, 2.5 inches deep, and to not over-tighten the bolts to prevent stripping.
