Any combination of bands may be used at one time, without the hassles of having multiple handles on each band. This increase in range and ease of use makes this set perfect for anyone from beginners to experts.
The included bands are: Yellow (2-4lbs), Blue (4-6lbs), Green (10-12lbs), Black (15-20lbs), and Red (25-30lbs). This stackable set of resistance bands can produce up to 75lbs of resistance.
The set features a metal carabiner clipping system for attachment to soft-grip handles or ankle straps, and also includes a door anchor, exercise chart, carrying bag, and ankle strap. All bands are 48 inches in length.
