The set includes: a set of 4 WODFitters Resistance Bands (from Light to Extra Heavy Resistance), Heavy Duty handles that latch onto your bands with an extra durable carabiner hook, a Door Attachment for suspension training, and 10 weeks of training to take your home gym workouts to the next level.
The heavy-duty handles turn your bands into dumbbells and barbells without hurting your joints. The door attachment allows for easy suspension training. You can attach different-sized bands (even the widest bands fit!) without a carabiner, and you can combine many different bands (they all fit!) for even more difficulty.
